F999 Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Betting Platform Usage Policy

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and f999 ("Platform", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your use of f999's website, mobile application, and all services provided.

By registering as an f999 member, accessing the platform, making a deposit, or using any of our service features, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use f999's services.

To register and use f999's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 18 years old at the time of registration. f999 takes the protection of minors and young people seriously.
• You are a Malaysian citizen or a legal permanent resident in Malaysia, or an individual accessing the platform from a location where online gambling is permitted by law.
• You are not currently on the self-exclusion list of any responsible gambling programme or have been prohibited by a court from participating in gambling activities.
• You are not acting as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party when using your f999 account.
• You register and play solely for personal entertainment purposes, and not for any commercial or business purpose.
• All information you provide during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing false information is a serious violation of these Terms.

Each eligible individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account active on f999. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account closure without refund of any remaining balance.

Upon registration, you are responsible for:

• Provide your full name exactly as it appears on a valid Malaysian identity document (MyKad or passport).
• Register an active, reachable Malaysian mobile number for OTP verification purposes.
• Providing a valid, active email address that you exclusively own.
• Create a strong password and keep it confidential. f999 will never ask for your password through any communication channel.

F999 reserves the right to conduct a Know Your Customer (KYC) process at any time, particularly when cumulative withdrawal amounts reach a certain threshold. This process may require you to submit a copy of your MyKad, proof of address, and bank statements. Cooperation with the KYC process is a mandatory condition for fund withdrawals.

F999 supports the following local Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

Important Withdrawal Conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same account or e-wallet used for the deposit. f999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x rollover) before a withdrawal can be made, unless otherwise stated.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 24 business hours. Platinum VIP members and above enjoy express withdrawals within 15–30 minutes.
• F999 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal exceeding RM 5,000 in a single transaction.

F999 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including a Welcome Bonus, deposit bonuses, cashback, and VIP rewards. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer.

General terms applicable to all f999 bonuses:

• Each member is entitled to claim each bonus type once only, unless otherwise stated in the terms of the respective offer.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash — they must first be played through in accordance with the applicable rollover requirements.
• Rollover is calculated based on total valid wagers placed, not on winnings or losses. Bets made on excluded games will not count toward the bonus rollover requirement.
• F999 reserves the right to void any bonus if there is evidence that a member has employed arbitrage strategies, cross-bet hedging, or any technique deemed to constitute bonus abuse.
• The bonus validity period — the timeframe within which the rollover must be completed — is specified in each offer. Bonuses that expire without fulfilling the rollover requirements will be automatically forfeited.
• F999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

All games available on f999 — including baccarat, blackjack, roulette, sic bo, slots, and other table games — are conducted in accordance with their respective standard game rules. Detailed rules can be found within each game's interface.

• All RNG (Random Number Generator) game outcomes are determined by independently audited software using fair algorithms.
• For Live Casino games, outcomes are determined by real dealers and f999 has no involvement in the game procedure.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active round, f999 will assess the situation based on system records and issue a final decision in accordance with the platform's fair play policy.
• Winnings resulting from known software errors or bug exploitation will not be paid out and will be voided.
• F999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend any game for maintenance, updates, or investigation without prior notice.

F999 offers Sports Betting services covering badminton, football (including the Malaysia Super League, EPL, and other international leagues), e-sports, and a variety of other sports. Specific rules for Sports Betting are as follows:

• All accepted bets are final once confirmation is issued by the system. Members are responsible for reviewing their bet details before confirming.
• Odds displayed are accurate at the time the bet is accepted. Any odds changes after a bet has been confirmed will not affect that bet.
• In-play betting is subject to temporary suspension during breaks or special incidents within a match. This is standard procedure to ensure fairness.
• If a match is postponed, cancelled, or not completed within the stipulated timeframe (typically 48 hours from the original scheduled time), all related bets will be voided and returned to members.
• Bets placed on markets affected by proven result manipulation (match-fixing) as confirmed by the relevant sports authority will be voided and refunded.
• Maximum bet limits per match are as displayed in the betting interface and may vary by sport type and competition level.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the f999 platform and will result in immediate action, including account suspension, forfeiture of winnings, and/or reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Multiple account ownership: Registering or using more than one account under any name or identity.
• Use of false names: Using another person's name or personal information for registration or verification.
• Money laundering: Using the f999 platform for money laundering or financing any illegal activity.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, or employing strategies clearly intended to exploit promotional offers.
• Use of automated software: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence software, or any third-party programmes to play or place bets.
• System disruption: Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt f999's technical infrastructure in any way.
• Account sharing: Allowing others to use your f999 account, or using an account belonging to someone else.
• Payment fraud: Making deposits using a stolen credit card or a bank account that does not legally belong to you.

Members may close their f999 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any eligible balance (funds that have met withdrawal requirements) will be refunded in full within 5 business days upon completion of the KYC process.

F999 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account unilaterally under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision under these Terms or platform policies.
• Account closure recommendation from a self-exclusion programme at the member's own request.
• When directed to do so by a competent authority for valid legal reasons.
• Account inactivity for 12 consecutive months with no login, deposit, or gameplay activity.

F999 provides its entertainment and betting platform on an as-is basis. We make no guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free from interruption or technical errors. To the extent permitted by law, f999 shall not be liable for:

• Any monetary losses arising from your betting activity on our platform.
• Service disruptions caused by server failures, system updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Any third-party actions that compromise your account security as a result of your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Inability to access the platform due to internet restrictions, ISP policies, or local regulations in your location.

F999's maximum liability to any member under any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the liability claim.

F999 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page with an updated date.

For changes that are material and significant in nature, f999 will notify members via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the effective date. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

It is the member's responsibility to review this Terms & Conditions page on a regular basis. f999 recommends that members check this page at least once a month to stay informed of the latest terms.
